'CobbleTrail' started off with a dream to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our cozy pizza spot in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-oriented business with age-old recipes passed through the generations.
Our originator, Marco Rossi, perfected her pizza-crafting skills on her journey through Italy, receiving mentorship from prestigious pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. On her return to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to classic approaches and selecting top-notch ingredients.
From our humble beginnings as a 12-seat eatery, we've blossomed into a cherished local fixture, all the while preserving our dedication to excellence and genuine practices. We maintain traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the best ingredients available.
At present, 'CobbleTrail' is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi descendants now managing our zealous team. Even as we've welcomed new methods, our core ethos stays firm: crafting delectable, genuine pizzas that unite our customers.
